Environment management

You will first create the structure of data by determining the following points : 

1. The list of clients
2. The list of mandates
3. The list of activities

Once this is settled, your environment is operational.

You may then define, or not, the access to the mandate or the activity for all collaborators.

The follow-up of time

The process is more than simple :

1. You choose to which client/mandate or activity the action belongs
2. You fill in the duration or the hour it started and ended
3. You edit a short description and save it

The follow-up of mandates

To rapidly follow the state of mandates, VTime includes a module of fees visualization.

These amounts are automatically generated,starting from the hourly cost that you will have defined for each (fixed or hourly) activity

You have also the possibility to define a fixed cost for all the activities regarding a given Mandate, assigned to one (or several) collaborators)

The report edition

Simple and intuitive, the report module allows you to choose after which criteria it will be generated.

Once the options have been chosen, the report is being displayed.

You may print it or even send it directly by E-mail.
